Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Yeti VPN – Total & Ad Blocker application ("App") operated by Yeti VPN ("we," "our," or "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Yeti VPN provides a Virtual Private Network (VPN) service and ad-blocking functionality for iOS devices. The service encrypts your internet traffic and routes it through our secure servers to protect your privacy and security online.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Account & Subscription

• Some features may require a paid subscription, managed through the Apple App Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Yeti VPN for:

• Any illegal activity or to facilitate illegal activity
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Sending spam or unsolicited communications
• Infringing on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks
• Harassing, threatening, or harming others
• Any activity that could damage or impair our servers or networks

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, interface, and content, is owned by Yeti VPN and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we handle your information. We maintain a strict no-logs policy.

8. Disclaimers

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
• We are not responsible for the content you access through the VPN.
• VPN service speed may vary based on server load, distance, and network conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yeti VPN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and cancelling any active subscriptions.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
