Yeti VPN ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Yeti VPN – Total & Ad Blocker application (the "App") for iOS devices. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

1. Our Core Commitment

We are fundamentally committed to your privacy. Yeti VPN operates under a strict no-logs policy. We do not monitor, record, log, store, or share any of your browsing activity, connection timestamps, DNS queries, IP addresses, or any information about the content of your traffic while connected to our VPN servers.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

When you use the VPN service, we do not collect:

• Your originating IP address
• Your browsing history or the content of your internet traffic
• DNS queries
• Connection timestamps or session duration
• Your physical location while connected
• Any information that could be used to identify what you do online

3. Information We May Collect

To operate and improve the App, we may collect minimal, non-identifying information:

• Account information: If you create an account, we may store your email address for authentication and support purposes.
• Subscription data: Payment and subscription status is processed and managed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment details.
• Aggregate analytics: We may collect anonymous, aggregated statistics (such as total number of active users or aggregate bandwidth usage) that cannot be used to identify any individual user.
• Crash reports: With your consent, anonymous crash reports may be sent to help us improve app stability. These do not contain browsing data.

4. Ad Blocker Functionality

The ad-blocking feature operates locally on your device using Safari Content Blocker rules. No browsing data is sent to our servers for this feature. All filtering happens on-device.

5. How We Use Information

Any minimal information we collect is used solely for:

• Providing and maintaining the VPN service
• Managing your account and subscription
• Improving app performance and stability
• Responding to support requests

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. We may only share information in the following limited circumstances:

• When required by applicable law (though our no-logs policy means we have no browsing data to share)
• With service providers who assist in operating our infrastructure, under strict confidentiality obligations

7. Data Security

We employ industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption for VPN traffic, secure server infrastructure, and regular security audits. Our servers are configured to not store logs, ensuring that even in the event of a server breach, no user activity data would be compromised.

8. Data Retention

Since we do not log your VPN activity, there is no browsing data to retain. Account-related information (such as email) is retained only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account data at any time.

9. Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your personal data

11. International Data Transfers

Our VPN servers are located in multiple countries. By using the App, you acknowledge that your encrypted VPN traffic may be routed through servers in different jurisdictions. However, since we do not log your activity, no personal browsing data is stored in any jurisdiction.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy within the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
